In 2012, Wagar & Myatt Ltd. Brokerage, a respected real estate firm, hired me to refresh their brand identity with a logo that would honour their legacy while appealing to a modern audience. The result was a versatile logo that has since become a trusted symbol of the brokerage’s professionalism, prominently displayed on signage throughout the community. I also designed custom signs to reinforce their brand at every client touchpoint, establishing a cohesive and impactful presence. Additionally, I set them up with InCOM, a real estate website builder that empowers their team to showcase listings and connect with clients online. More than a decade later, their logo and signage remain iconic, a testament to the lasting impact of strategic, timeless design.
